The Nitto R-10 rack is a rear rack intended as a saddle bag support.  It's ideal for Carradice-style traverse saddle bags. The R-10 is also a solid platform to strap a stuff sack to, like a Fifth Season Cache sack.  Secure with two lockdown straps and you have a minimal, lighter weight, singletrack ready set up for overnights.  The rack mounts around the seat post and to the mid-seat stay braze-ons. The R-10 is designed to work on seatposts sized 27.2-26.8 mm.   If you stick longer bolts in there, you can secretly make this work for seatposts up to 30.9 mm.  M6 bolts.   Fillet brazed, CrMo, and made in Toyko, Japan.  This is our favorite saddle bag support for bigger loads and off road riding.  The cerakote R-10 racks are custom coated right here in Poultney exclusively for Analog.  The Cerakote versions only come with longer 350mm stays, which you can cut to any length.
